Once you've had a full introduction to yoga, it's time to explore different teachers and classes.

We have a variety of classes that allow you to begin Exploring Yoga
- Once you feel at ease in a yoga class, start to explore the diversity of the teachers at the Yoga Loft with our different classes.
Gentle Explorations:
All of these classes ease your gently away from Starting Out and give you a regular class with which to begin exploring:
- Slow Yoga
- Kripalu Yoga
- Foundations of Yoga
- Yoga for Your Lower Back
- Yoga from Your Shoulders and Upper Back
- Yoga from the Hips and Knees
- Feldenkrais Method: Awareness through Movement
Therapeutic Explorations
All of these classes are helpful if you have an injury, a health condition that you'd would like to relieve through yoga.

Challenging Explorations:
For a slightly more challenging exploration, try:
- Yoga with Robert Level 1
- Integrated Yoga Level 1

Vigorous Explorations
For classes that provide you with some deeper postures to extend your knowledge and expand your practice, try:

Personal Practice Explorations
To learn and develop a personal yoga practice, under the guidance of a teacher who assists you every step of the way, try:
- Mysore Practice (open to all levels, including new students)
Philosophical Explorations
For programs to explore your own mind and how you relate to the world, try:
- Meeting Life. An 8 week reading and discussion course on our everyday problems, their origins, and deeper meaning, through the teachings of J. Krishnamurti.
- Krishnamurti Study Group. For those who want to explore the teachings of J. Krishnamurti on a regular basis, this study group meets every second Sunday.
Finding your path
- Slowly work your way through these classes and programs, gradually expanding your appreciation of the diverse world of yoga.
