- After Starting Out With Yoga you could try our AYoga Help programs, Yoga Therapy programs, or try any of our Exploring Yoga classes, including Going Further With Yoga.
- You get to build your own yoga path and work through the programs and classes at a pace that feels right for you.
- The idea is to enjoy the practice and watch your interest grow as you feel the many benefits.
- Our teachers and office staff are always ready to give advice on which programs to take.
